Starts off pretty damn bleak and slow, but once it gets going (though still not fast enough), it dives straight into what really matters: raw trust between two men who shouldn’t even be in the same room. Ben Taylor uses a creepy stalker-killer as window dressing, but let’s be real—the killer’s identity is obvious from mile away. The heart is in the two leads and their slow-burn connection, handled with more depth and honesty than you usually get in gay films. Props to Taylor for trying something fresh. Ritter and Corbin have killer chemistry; their performances punch way above what you’d expect. Sometimes the actors just drag the whole thing up by sheer willpower. Dane Ritter is magnetic—he nails every beat. Worth your time… if you survive the sluggish opening minutes.
