Boy Culture (2006): Confessions of a Male Escort and the Cost of Desire
In this gay movie, a successful escort, who goes by the enigmatic letter "X", reveals his intricate romantic relationships with his two roommates and an older, mysterious client. The story revolves around love, intimacy, and self-discovery. As X grapples with maintaining anonymity, he navigates the complexities of his heart and desires. The film's differences from the novel include Andrew's character (now an African-American) and the change in location from Chicago, Illinois, to Seattle, Washington.
