On the heels of his previous documentaries Kenidi Goes Back Home and Kenidi, Lost and Found, filmmaker Zelmir Zilnik follows his favorite subject as he attempts to pay off debts to a powerful gangster by venturing into the lucrative sex business. Kenidi Hasani has built a beautiful home for his family, but it was financed with dirty money. Now, in order to get some seriously scary loan sharks off his back, Kenidi resorts to working jobs that pay as little as ten euros a day. When this approach proves futile, the desperate debtor vows to make some quick cash by offering himself up to lonely older women and widows in exchange for a tidy sum – later expanding his clientele to include wealthy men. Later, Kenidi learns that European laws on same-sex marriage have become mush more liberal, and makes the decision to marry a partner from the west in hopes of gaining legal status in the EU. Though a man named Max who Kenidi meets at the EXIT Music Festival seems like perfect marriage material, could this burgeoning relationship really be the answer to all of Kenidi’s problems? ~ Jason Buchanan, All Movie Guide
