17 year old Arend lives with his parents and hasn't come out of the closet yet. His first step into the gay world of love is on a date with handsome Michael, a guy he met on a homosexual dating site. They arrange to meet and Arend ventures to the other side of the country only to discover that Michael is not quite what he imagined..

Arend, a 17-year-old struggling with his sexuality, meets Michael through an online dating site and agrees to meet him in person.
Despite his initial hesitations, Arend is surprised to find that Michael challenges his preconceived notions and assumptions, leading him to reevaluate his own identity and values.
As they spend time together, they discover unexpected connections and a deeper understanding of themselves and each other, ultimately promoting empathy and understanding in a divided world.

“Kort” is a thought-provoking short film that explores themes of personal growth, self-discovery and acceptance. 17 year old Arend, who lives with his parents, embarks on a journey of self-discovery when he meets Michael, a man who questions his preconceived opinions and expectations. Through their interaction, Arend is able to gain a deeper understanding of himself and others, and learns that sometimes the best experiences come from unexpected places.
While “Kort” may not be the most active or exciting movie, it has a strong message about the importance of embracing diversity and accepting others for who they are. Great acting complements the atmosphere for the viewers.
All in all, “Kort” is a small but impressive film that encourages viewers to think about their own prejudices and assumptions and to approach life with an open mind and heart.
