The Queer Network is proud to present “Searching for Love,” A Queer Network Original short film that tells the story of a gay man looking for love within the ever changing landscape of queer culture. Throughout the story, Jack develops a unique relationship with a dating app on his phone, which in the end is what leads him to a powerful lesson about the search for love.

Please comment below with your thoughts about the film, and let’s continue the conversation about what it means to be a gay man in the 21st century. We believe its a choice we are privileged to make to push past our own stereotypes and create new ways of being queer within humanities diverse cultural landscape. What the queer community, and more specifically featured in this short film, gay men, says and does impacts the larger global community. We must listen to each other in order to truly understand are differences and similarities. We hope this film is something that everyone can relate to on some level, and also help break down some stereotypes about what it means to be dating as a gay man in the 21st century.
