“SOG” describes a power that draws something to another body. It is a physical force which is difficult to escape. A “sog” is an undertow, in other words a strong current below the surface, moving in a different direction from that which appears from above or on the surface which is difficult to resist.
“SOG” is the second gay subject matter short film written, produced, and directed by Jannik Gensler, after “Mir Selbst So Fremd,” the original German title (“A Stranger to Myself,” is the English title) (or Mir Selbst So Fremd (2017)). Both are available on YouTube, best found by searching for Jannik Gensler.
