A story from a juvenile prison in which Malkom is faced with choosing between parole or protecting a friend he is in love with. As release time approaches, fights in the prison escalate more and more often, and the climax of everything is when a group of envious thugs starts harassing Ty, with whom Malkom is in a romantic relationship. Should we not watch how someone you love is mistreated or protect him at the price of what every prisoner desires, above all else – freedom?!
A well-made short story that avoids any stereotype of feminized, scared gays , unable to survive and defend themselves in a macho society.
