A controversial and thought-provoking supernatural gay short film featuring an unexpected twist, “Undetectable” was financed via crowdfunding and through a major donation from the non-profit CivicDuty.org. It was filmed entirely in Los Angeles, CA during the summer of 2014. As of September of 2016, Undetectable has been licensed for distribution on Amazon Video; and on the gay streaming channels: Dekkoo, TLAVideo and REVRY.
Undetectable HIV (an explanation):
When HIV drugs are working well, an HIV positive person may have an undetectable viral load. This means that the amount of virus in the person’s blood is lower than the amount a blood test can measure. It does not mean that the virus is gone or that the person is HIV negative again. A person with a high viral load is more infectious than someone with an undetectable viral load. A person with an undetectable viral load is less likely to pass on the virus during unprotected sex, but there is still a real risk.
