Who We Are explores the relationship between two best friends who find themselves struggling to hold onto their friendship while dealing with the feelings they have for one another. Alex (Taylor Caldwell), an openly gay high school student, tries to rebuild his relationship with his best friend Michael (Justin Fix), after revealing to Michael he has feelings for him. When Michael reluctantly decides to attend a ‘Gay-Straight-Alliance’ meeting Alex, he reaches a new state of understanding and level of acceptance for Alex. Michael’s parents (John Patrick Kelly & Kim Reed) battle between accepting what they’re religion suggests, and opening their minds to accepting people for who they are. The film captures the societal hardships many homosexuals face and a story of love without boundaries.
Jedan od njih je i Who We Are, režisera Seana WIllisa.
Klasična coming out priča.
