When Jeffrey, a young New York architect, moves into a new apartment, he becomes the object of obsession for his eccentric landlady.



 

Jeffrey (Daniel Sauli) is a decent young man with a job as an architect. He is in love with Rene (Julien Lucas). To be closer to him, Jeffrey rents an apartment in the same building where Rene lives, without telling him. However, he becomes the object of obsession for his eccentric landlady who is served by a handyman who does not speak and is deaf.

The main roles are played by Patti D’Arbanville, Daniel Sauli, Sherman Howard, Heather Alicia Simms, George Loros, Duane Boutte, Julien Lucas and Kevin Corstange. It was reviewed at the San Francisco Lesbian & Gay Film Festival on June 22, 2007.
