In the short drama "Through the Fields," directed by Fabien Cavacas and Camille Melvil, the narrative revolves around Lucas and Théo, two brothers navigating the intricate dynamics of family and self-discovery. Lucas, at 22, seems content with his current life, playing soccer and residing with his parents. However, the focus shifts to his 17-year-old brother, Théo, who grapples with his attraction to boys and leads a secret life, confiding only in Lucas.
One evening, driven by his need for affection and defying his brother's warnings, Théo decides to meet Harry, an older man he encountered on the internet. This decision sets the stage for a series of events that challenge the bonds of brotherhood and unravel hidden aspects of personal identity.
